General Rules

DISCIPLINARY RULES – Campus Behavior
1. School begins at 9.20 AM and ends at 3.15 PM
2. Cleanliness is next to godliness. Students should come to school spick and span in the prescribed uniform
3. On the days of School assembly, students shall march single file to the place allotted to each class. After prayer, flag hoisting, pledge and mass-drill there may be announcements and brief instructions.
4. Prayer is an invocation to God for His Blessing. So we have a short prayer said before class in the morning, before the noon break, before class in the afternoon and before dispersal.
5. The evening prayer is followed by National Anthem. When the National Anthem is on, everyone on the campus must stand in attention.
6. All the students will great teachers, elders and one another especially when they are on the school campus.
7. The training in Spoken English will-help students to improve their communication skills, Students should speak in English in class rooms, on the campus and in the school buses.
8. Students should feel it below their dignity to shout/quarrel, wander about, disturb the peace of others, use obscene language and the like. Besides they are not supposed to carry any low-taste books.
9. Students are not supposed to loiter on the veranda during class hours. Whenever they have to move to the library, laboratory, auditorium etc. they should do so in an orderly manner not disturbing the neighbourring class.
10. Students are not permitted to leave the school campus during school hours and purchase anything from shops outside.
11. Students are to bring their handbooks daily which should be produced on-demand by the principal or any teacher
12. Students are forbidden to bring video games sets, gold ornaments, Mobile Phones, Knives, razor blades or any weapon for obvious reasons. Besides, they are prohibited from doing any money transaction among themselves.
13. Lost and found articles and money should immediately be handed over to the office. The owner of lost articles should also report the matter to the office at the earliest. Parents of children thus affected may recover the lost articles from the office.
14. It is compulsory for all the students to join any of the academic and co-curricular activities of the school.
15. There is a problem of guides, most of which are full of errors. Hence students are hereby advised not to depend on them.
16. Students should not do any damage to the school property. Any damage caused through inadvertence should be brought to the notice to the principal.
17. Those who cause the damage will be liable to repair it at their own cost.
18. Nobody should write on the Walls.
19. Every Students is responsible for the safe keeping of his/her belongings. The school shall not be responsible for notebooks, books or any valuable item lost on the school premises.
20. Use of Mobile phones and exchange of CDs/Pen drive etc. are not allowed in the campus.
